Possible Causes
Missing or broken cutting blade, Blades installed unevenly, Bent cutting disc, Foreign object impact damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main power and wear gloves before touching the cutting disc.
- Inspect blades: Turn the mower over and check that all blades are present, intact, and able to pivot freely. Replace any missing or damaged blades as a complete set.
- Check disc for damage: Look for warping, cracks, or bends in the cutting disc. Spin it by hand to see if it wobbles.
- Remove foreign objects: Clear any stones, wire, or other debris from around the disc and motor shaft.
- Balance check: After installing new blades, ensure they are evenly distributed and of the same type and weight.
If E16 continues and the mower vibrates excessively, the cutting disc or motor shaft may be bent and should be replaced.
