Possible Causes
Magnet in charging station misaligned, Hall effect sensor in mower failed, Sensor wiring loose, Station front cover damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the station before inspection.
- Check physical alignment: Ensure the mower docks straight into the station and that the front of the mower aligns with the station's guide rails.
- Inspect station magnet: Look for a small magnet or magnetic strip in the station front. Verify it is present and not loose.
- Clean area: Remove dirt and grass from the docking interface that could increase the gap between magnet and sensor.
- Check sensor wiring: Inside the mower, locate the dock presence sensor (Hall sensor) and confirm its connector is secure.
If E19 persists and the mower does not recognize docking, replace the Hall sensor module or repair the station magnet assembly.
