Possible Causes
Cutting height set too low for lawn conditions, Height adjustment mechanism jammed on one side, Worn or mismatched blades, Deck suspension spring damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and wear gloves when working near blades.
- Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height one or two steps and mow more frequently rather than cutting too low.
- Inspect deck level: Place the mower on a flat surface and visually compare deck clearance at all corners. Look for one side sitting lower.
- Check for obstructions: Remove grass buildup from around the height adjustment points and deck supports.
- Replace blades: Install a full set of new, matching Ecovacs blades to ensure consistent cutting.
If the deck remains visibly tilted, inspect and replace any bent deck supports or suspension springs.
