Possible Causes
Main power switch failed, Battery pack completely discharged or defective, Internal fuse blown on mainboard, Loose battery connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not short battery terminals. Turn the power switch OFF before opening the housing.
- Check power switch: Confirm the main power switch is firmly in the ON position. Toggle it several times to clear oxidation.
- Charge on station: Place the mower on the charging station and leave it for at least 2–3 hours. Look for any charging indicators.
- Inspect battery connection: Remove the cover and verify that the battery connector is fully seated on the mainboard.
- Check internal fuse (if accessible): Some Ecovacs models include a replaceable fuse on the mainboard or near the battery. Replace only with the same rating.
If the mower remains completely unresponsive after these checks, the battery pack or main control board is likely defective and should be replaced.
