Possible Causes

Mowing schedule disabled in Ecovacs app, Rain sensor detecting wet conditions, Boundary wire signal weak near station, Dock presence sensor stuck

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the area in front of the station is clear before forcing a manual start.

  • Check schedule: Open the Ecovacs app and verify that a mowing schedule is enabled and not paused.
  • Rain/wet check: Confirm the lawn and rain sensor are dry. If necessary, temporarily disable rain detection in settings for testing.
  • Boundary signal: Verify the station boundary LED indicates a healthy loop. Repair any wire breaks.
  • Manual start test: Use the control panel to start a manual mow. If the mower leaves the dock manually but not on schedule, reconfigure or reset the schedule.

If the mower refuses to leave even on manual command, inspect the dock presence sensor and front bumper for faults.
