How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main power and wear gloves before touching the cutting disc.
- Check blade count: Ensure all blade positions are filled with identical blades. Replace as a complete set if any are missing or damaged.
- Tighten fasteners: Verify that blade screws and the central disc mounting bolt are properly tightened.
- Inspect disc: Spin the disc by hand and watch for wobble. Replace if bent.
- Remove stuck debris: Clean off any mud, tape, or foreign material attached to the disc.
If vibration remains high after balancing, the blade motor shaft may be bent and the motor assembly should be replaced.
