Possible Causes
Open circuit in blade motor wiring, Shorted blade motor windings, Corroded blade motor connector, Faulty motor driver on mainboard
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main switch, remove the charging station plug, and wait for all movement to stop.
- Inspect motor wiring: Access the underside and remove the cover over the blade motor (if serviceable). Check the motor connector for corrosion, loose pins, or damaged insulation.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of water ingress around the motor and wiring. Dry the area thoroughly and improve sealing if gaskets are damaged.
- Manual rotation test: Spin the cutting disc by hand. If it is very stiff or locked, the motor may be mechanically seized and must be replaced.
- Electrical test (advanced): Using a multimeter, measure resistance across the motor terminals. A very low or infinite reading indicates a fault. Only perform this if you are competent with electrical testing.
- Replace components: If wiring is intact but E10 persists, replace the blade motor. If a new motor does not resolve the error, the mainboard motor driver is likely defective and requires replacement.
