Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before adjusting or cleaning contacts.

• Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on both the mower and station with a dry cloth. Remove oxidation with a fine abrasive pad, then wipe clean.
• Check alignment: Ensure the charging station is on a level surface and the mower can drive straight into it without obstruction. Adjust the station position if the mower approaches at an angle.
• Inspect springs: Verify that the spring‑loaded contacts on the mower move freely and are not stuck or broken.
• Check internal wiring: Open the mower housing and trace the charging wires from the contacts to the mainboard. Ensure all connectors are secure.
• Test charging: Reconnect power and place the mower in the station. Confirm that the charging indicator on the mower and station behaves normally. If E16 persists, the charging circuit on the mainboard may need replacement.
