Possible Causes
Broken search wire, Loose search wire connection at station, Faulty search wire output on charging station PCB, Interference with boundary loop
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before touching any wiring.
- Check station terminals: Verify that the search/guide wire is correctly connected to the designated terminals on the Einhell charging station.
- Inspect wire path: Follow the search wire from the station into the lawn. Look for cuts, damage from tools, or rodent bites.
- Repair breaks: Use waterproof connectors to repair any damaged sections. Ensure connections are well insulated and buried or pegged down.
- Check LED indicators: Some stations have separate indicators for boundary and search wires. Refer to the manual to interpret their status.
- Test docking: After repairs, run a test where the mower returns to the station using the search wire. If E19 persists, the station's search wire driver circuit may be defective.
