Robot lawnmower buttons do not respond or respond intermittently, but there is no keypad error code.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the charging station before disassembling the keypad.

• Dry and clean: If the mower was exposed to rain, allow it to dry completely. Clean the keypad surface with a slightly damp cloth and dry.
• Inspect internally: Open the control panel and check the keypad PCB and membrane for contamination. Clean gently with isopropyl alcohol.
• Check cable: Ensure the keypad ribbon cable is fully inserted and not damaged.
• Replace keypad: If buttons remain unreliable, replace the keypad/control panel module.
