Possible Causes

Cutting height mechanism jammed, Worn or missing blades, Bent cutting disc, Uneven wheel height or damaged suspension

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower, remove it from the lawn, and disconnect the charging station from mains before working near the blades.

  • Check cutting height setting: Adjust the height knob or lever through its full range to ensure it moves freely. Set it to a mid‑range position and lock it.
  • Inspect blades: Remove and inspect all blades. Replace any that are dull, bent, or missing with a complete set of Einhell replacement blades.
  • Check cutting disc: Spin the disc by hand and observe for wobble. If it is bent, replace the disc to avoid scalping and vibration.
  • Inspect wheels and suspension: Ensure all wheels are the same size and not worn unevenly. Check that any suspension arms are not bent or broken.
