How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the charging station before opening the control panel.
- Clean display window: Wipe the outside of the display window. Check for condensation inside; if present, dry the mower thoroughly.
- Check display connector: Open the control panel and ensure the display ribbon cable is firmly seated in its connector.
- Test in shade: Move the mower to a shaded area to confirm whether the display is truly dim or just washed out by sunlight.
- Replace display module: If the backlight has failed, replace the entire display/control panel module with an Einhell‑compatible part.
