Robot lawnmower frequently gets stuck on the charging station ramp or cannot dock properly.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station before repositioning it.

• Level the station: Use a spirit level to ensure the charging station base is flat. Adjust the ground or use a firm base plate if necessary.
• Clear the ramp: Remove any grass clippings, soil, or stones from the ramp and around the station. Trim grass short in this area.
• Check front wheel: Inspect the front caster wheel for free rotation and correct height. Replace if worn or damaged.
• Adjust boundary wire: Ensure the boundary wire in front of the station is laid straight and according to Einhell's specified distances. Avoid tight curves near the ramp.
