Possible Causes
Tilt sensor calibration drift, Loose sensor mounting, Excessive vibration from unbalanced blades, Operating near maximum slope limit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the charging station before opening the housing.
- Balance cutting system: Replace all blades as a set to ensure balance. Check the cutting disc for bends and replace if necessary.
- Secure tilt sensor: Locate the tilt sensor module and ensure it is firmly screwed to the chassis or mainboard.
- Reduce slope exposure: Adjust the boundary wire to avoid the steepest parts of the lawn, especially near edges where one wheel may drop.
- Service calibration: If the mower continues to falsely detect lifting, a service center may need to recalibrate or replace the tilt sensor.
