• Inspect station LED: If no LED lights at all, the station may not be receiving power. Check that the power cable is fully inserted and undamaged.
• Examine cable and plug: Look for cuts, crushed sections, or burn marks on the station power cable. Replace the power supply if damaged.
• Try another outlet: Plug the station into a different known‑good outlet to rule out wiring issues.
• Surge damage: If the station remains dead after these checks, the internal electronics may be damaged and the entire charging station assembly typically needs replacement.
