Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning contacts.

• Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth to clean the metal contacts on both mower and station. For light corrosion, use a fine abrasive pad gently.
• Check alignment: Manually roll the mower into the station and ensure it sits squarely with both contacts touching firmly.
• Inspect pins: Look for bent or recessed contact pins on the station. Carefully straighten minor bends if possible.
• Test charge: Plug the station back in and observe the mower's charging indicator. If it still does not charge, the internal charging electronics or battery may be faulty.
