Possible Causes
Unplugged or failed Gardena power supply, Tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse at outlet, Damaged low-voltage cable to station, Internal charging station power board failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the power supply from the wall before handling cables.
- Verify outlet power: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Reset any tripped breakers.
- Check power adapter: Ensure the Gardena-branded power supply is firmly connected to both the outlet and the charging station.
- Inspect cable: Follow the low-voltage cable from the adapter to the station. Look for cuts, crushed sections, or chew marks (rodents). Replace if damaged.
- Check station LED: When plugged in, the station LED should light. If it remains off with a known-good outlet, the power supply or station is likely defective.
- Test with replacement adapter: If available, test with a compatible Gardena power supply to isolate whether the adapter or station is faulty.
Do not attempt to open the power supply or station electronics; replace the faulty unit instead.
