How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Press STOP and switch OFF the mower before opening any covers.
- Check charging behavior: Place the mower on the charging station and confirm the charging indicator shows active charging until full.
- Inspect battery connections: Open the battery compartment according to the Gardena manual. Ensure the battery plug is firmly connected and free of corrosion.
- Evaluate runtime: After a full charge, time how long the mower operates before reporting low battery. If significantly shorter than specified, the battery is likely worn.
- Environmental factors: Very cold or hot conditions can reduce runtime. Try operating in moderate temperatures.
Most low-battery issues on older units are resolved by installing a new original Gardena battery pack.
