How to Fix / Troubleshooting

  • Evaluate runtime: After a full charge, time how long the mower operates before reporting low battery. If significantly shorter than specified, the battery is likely worn.
  • Environmental factors: Very cold or hot conditions can reduce runtime. Try operating in moderate temperatures.
