How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Press STOP, switch OFF, and remove the key before adjusting height.
- Cycle height range: Move the cutting height through its full range several times to clean contacts and recalibrate the sensor.
- Clean mechanism: Remove grass and dirt from around the height adjustment area.
- Power reset: Turn the mower OFF for a few minutes, then restart and set the height to a mid position.
- Check assembly: If the mower was recently serviced, verify that the height adjustment parts are installed in the correct orientation per the Gardena manual.
Persistent sensor errors may require replacement of the height sensor or main PCB.
