How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is in your possession and on private property.
- Enter correct PIN: Use the keypad or app to enter the 4-digit PIN set during installation.
- Reset via owner documentation: If you have forgotten the PIN, follow the Gardena procedure using proof of purchase and serial number to obtain a reset.
- Pair with base: Place the mower on its original charging station and follow the pairing instructions if it has been reset or moved.
For security reasons, bypassing the PIN without proper authorization is not supported; contact Gardena support with proof of ownership.
