Possible Causes

Mower hung on obstacle with wheels off ground, Faulty lift sensor, Loose lift sensor wiring, Excessive chassis flex triggering sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the main power switch before lifting or repositioning the mower.

  • Reposition mower: If it is stuck on a curb, root, or step, lift it carefully and place it back on flat ground.
  • Inspect wheels and terrain: Ensure the mowing area does not have steps or drop-offs beyond the mower's capability. Add ramps or barriers if needed.
  • Check for debris under chassis: Remove any object that may be lifting the mower body.
  • Restart: Power ON and clear the error. Observe if the error reoccurs without obvious lifting.

If E013 appears frequently on flat ground, the lift sensor or its mounting may be faulty and require replacement.
