How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning sensor areas.

Locate sensors: Identify the ultrasonic or proximity sensors on the front/top of the mower (small round or rectangular windows).
Clean sensor surfaces: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Remove mud, grass, or insect nests that may block the signal.
Check for cracks or fogging: If the sensor window is cracked or permanently fogged, water may have entered.
Dry the mower: If recently exposed to heavy rain or washing, allow the mower to dry indoors for 24 hours.
Restart and test: Power ON and observe if E015 returns during operation.

Persistent E015 usually indicates a failed ultrasonic sensor module or wiring, which may need replacement.

Robot mower shows E015 and stops; may mention sensor error.
