• Check cutting height: Adjust the height knob or lever to a higher setting and test. Avoid the lowest setting on very uneven lawns.
• Inspect blades: Replace dull, bent, or missing blades with Greenworks-compatible replacements.
• Clean underbody: Remove built-up grass from around the blade disc and height mechanism.
• Check height mechanism: Move the height adjuster through its full range. If it binds or does not change deck height, the mechanism may be damaged.
