Possible Causes
Disconnected or failed battery pack, Faulty main power switch, Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Defective charging station power supply (if powering logic)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is dry and on a stable surface.
- Check main power switch: Confirm it is in the ON position. Toggle it several times to clear oxidation.
- Verify charging station power: Ensure the station power supply is plugged in and its LED (if present) is lit.
- Charge the mower: Place the mower in the station and leave it for at least 1–2 hours. Some models will not power up until the battery reaches a minimum level.
- Inspect battery connection: If accessible, open the battery compartment with power OFF and verify the battery connector is firmly seated.
If the mower remains completely dead, an internal fuse, power board, or the battery pack may have failed and should be tested by a technician.
