Possible Causes
Damaged display seal, High-pressure washing, Prolonged exposure to heavy rain, Cracked top cover
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the lawn. Do not charge if water is visible inside electronics.
- Dry the unit: Place the mower in a dry, warm (not hot) indoor area for 24–48 hours. Do not use hair dryers or heaters directly on the unit.
- Inspect cover: Look for cracks or gaps around the display and top cover seals.
- Avoid pressure washing: Clean the mower only with a damp cloth and low-pressure water as recommended by Greenworks.
If condensation persists or the display malfunctions, the keypad/display module or top cover seal may need replacement.
