How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before freeing it.
- Remove from obstacle: Lift the mower off any roots, stones, or edging where a wheel is hanging.
- Check wheel modules: Inspect the wheel arms or modules for damage or excessive play. Ensure springs are intact.
- Level the lawn edges: Fill holes or remove sharp edges where the mower frequently gets one wheel airborne.
- Reset: Place the mower on flat ground, power OFF for 30 seconds, then ON, and start a manual mow.
- If E11 appears on flat ground: The Wheel Lift Sensor or its wiring may be faulty and should be tested and replaced by a technician.
