How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the charging station.
- Dry the panel: If the mower was exposed to rain, wipe the keypad and allow it to dry indoors for several hours.
- Check for physical damage: Look for cracks, lifted membrane, or missing buttons on the control panel.
- Power cycle: Turn the main power OFF for 60 seconds, then ON, and test the buttons again.
- Inspect cable (advanced): If comfortable opening the housing, check that the keypad ribbon cable is firmly seated on the Main Control Board.
- If E12 persists: Replace the Keypad / Control Panel Assembly. If a new panel does not resolve it, the main board keypad interface may be defective.
