Possible Causes
Mower lifted over boundary wire, Boundary wire too deep or too far from mower, Interference from nearby cables, Faulty boundary receiver coil in mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before moving it.
- Place mower inside boundary: Manually carry the mower to a known good area inside the loop and restart.
- Check boundary height: Ensure the boundary wire is pegged close to the surface and not buried too deep.
- Reduce interference: Keep boundary wire at least 30 cm away from metal fences, power cables, or other robotic mower wires.
- Test with another mower (if available): If another Hecht mower detects the loop fine, the issue is in your mower.
- If E16 persists inside the loop: The Boundary Receiver Coil or its circuit on the main board may be faulty and should be tested and replaced by a technician.
