- Wait lockout period: If the mower is locked due to too many attempts, wait the specified time (often 10–30 minutes) before trying again.
- Check keypad: If some digits do not respond, the Keypad / Control Panel may be faulty and require replacement.
- Contact support: If you have forgotten the PIN, contact an authorized Hecht service center with proof of purchase. They can reset the PIN using a service tool or by replacing the Main Control Board.
