Possible Causes

Faulty blade motor hall sensor, Damaged sensor cable, Debris on speed sensor magnet, Main board RPM detection failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the main power and wait for blades to stop completely before flipping the mower.

  • Clean blade hub: Inspect the blade disc hub for metal filings, rust, or debris around the magnet or sensor area. Clean carefully.
  • Check blade disc: Ensure the disc is firmly attached and not wobbling, which can confuse the sensor.
  • Test run: Start a short mow and listen for irregular blade speed or pulsing.
  • Inspect wiring (advanced): Check the blade motor sensor cable from the motor to the Main Control Board for damage.
  • Replace component: If cleaning and wiring checks do not help, replace the Blade Motor Assembly (including speed sensor). If E19 persists, the main board RPM circuit may be defective.
