How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before working on the control panel.
- Dry the panel: If the mower was in rain, allow it to dry indoors for several hours.
- Test all buttons: Note which keys fail; if multiple keys in a row fail, the ribbon cable may be damaged.
- Inspect cable (advanced): Open the top cover and check the keypad cable connection to the Main Control Board.
- Replace assembly: If cleaning and reseating do not help, replace the Keypad / Control Panel Assembly.
