How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is on a stable surface with blades clear of any objects.
- Check main switch: Confirm the main power switch on the mower underside or side is in the ON position.
- Verify charging: Place the mower on the charging station and check if any LEDs light up on the station or mower. If none, check the station's mains plug and outlet.
- Inspect battery connection: Open the battery compartment and ensure the Battery Pack connector is firmly plugged in.
- Try another outlet: Plug the charging station into a different mains outlet to rule out house wiring issues.
- If still dead: An internal fuse or the Main Control Board power circuit may have failed. This requires opening the unit and should be done by a qualified technician.
