Possible Causes
Boundary wire layout around station incorrect, Station placed on slope or uneven ground, Faulty guide wire (if equipped), Weak boundary signal near station
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting the station or wires.
- Check station placement: Ensure the charging station is level, with a clear straight path in front as specified in the Hecht manual.
- Verify boundary routing: The boundary wire should run straight into the station and not form tight loops or corners near the base.
- Inspect guide wire (if present): Make sure the guide wire is properly connected to the station and not broken.
- Test manual docking: Manually place the mower in front of the station and start a return‑to‑base command. If it still misses, the Docking Sensor or boundary receiver may need service.
