Possible Causes
Loose battery connector, Cracked solder joint on main board, Overheating power components, Failing battery cells under load
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before opening any covers.
- Check battery plug: Ensure the battery connector is tight and does not move when gently tugged.
- Observe pattern: Note if the mower stops more quickly on tall grass or hot days, which may indicate overheating or weak battery.
- Test with full charge: Fully charge the Battery Pack and then run the mower. If runtime is very short, the battery is likely failing.
- If problem persists: A technician should inspect the Main Control Board for heat damage and cracked solder joints, and replace the faulty component.
