Possible Causes

Broken guide wire, Loose guide wire connection at station, Faulty guide wire output on charging station PCB, Interference from underground cables

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station before working on the guide wire.

  • Check station terminals: Verify the guide wire is firmly clamped in the correct terminals on the charging station.
  • Inspect the guide path: Walk along the guide wire route and look for visible damage or cuts.
  • Continuity test: Disconnect both ends of the guide wire and test continuity with a multimeter. Repair any breaks using waterproof connectors.
  • Reposition if needed: Keep the guide wire away from other buried power or communication cables to reduce interference.

If the guide loop is intact and E19 persists, the guide output circuit in the charging station may be defective and require replacement.
