Possible Causes
Dirty or corroded charging contacts, Misaligned mower on station, Faulty power supply adapter, Failed charging circuit on mower PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning contacts.
- Clean contacts: Wipe the metal charging pads on the mower and rails on the station with a dry cloth. Remove corrosion with a fine abrasive pad if necessary, then wipe clean.
- Check alignment: Place the mower manually on the station and ensure both contacts touch firmly.
- Verify power supply: Check that the station's power adapter LED is on and that the outlet has power.
- Monitor charging: After reconnecting power, leave the mower docked and verify that the display shows charging and the battery level increases.
If there is still no charging, the station or mower charging electronics may be defective and require replacement.
