Possible Causes
Main power switch OFF, Discharged or failed battery pack, Blown main fuse, Disconnected battery harness
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is on a stable surface. Remove the key (if equipped) before opening covers.
- Verify power switch: Confirm the main power switch is in the ON position and the emergency stop button is released.
- Check battery charge: Place the mower on the charging station and verify that the station and mower charging indicators light up. If not, test the station power supply and outlet.
- Inspect battery connection: Open the battery compartment and ensure the battery connector is fully seated.
- Check main fuse: Locate and inspect the main fuse. Replace with the same rating if blown.
If the mower remains dead after these checks, the battery pack or main PCB may be defective and should be tested by a Honda technician.
