Possible Causes
Loose battery terminals, Failing battery cells, Poor contact in main power switch, Faulty main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the battery before inspecting electrical connections.
- Check battery terminals: Ensure all battery screws or connectors are tight and free of corrosion.
- Inspect main switch: Operate the main power switch several times and check for a firm, positive action. Replace if it feels loose or intermittent.
- Wiggle test: With the mower powered (blades disabled), gently tap or wiggle the housing near the PCB to see if it triggers a reset. If so, inspect and reseat connectors.
- Battery test: Have the battery load‑tested; replace if voltage drops sharply under load.
If resets continue, the main PCB may have a fault and should be replaced.
