Possible Causes
Mowing in very hot weather, Charging in direct sunlight, Faulty battery temperature sensor, Blocked ventilation around battery compartment
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the mower OFF and move it to a shaded, dry area.
- Cool down or warm up: Allow the mower to sit at room temperature for at least 30–60 minutes. Do not use artificial heat sources.
- Check installation location: Ensure the charging station is not installed in direct midday sun or near heat sources. Relocate to a shaded area if necessary.
- Inspect vents: Clean any ventilation openings around the battery compartment. Remove grass and debris that could trap heat.
- Restart: Turn the main switch ON and attempt to charge again. If the error persists in normal temperatures, the temperature sensor inside the battery pack may be faulty.
- Replace battery pack: Install a new Husqvarna battery pack if the sensor is integrated and not serviceable separately.
