Possible Causes
Debris or object in front of charging station, Charging station not level, Guide wire misaligned at station, Bent or dirty charging contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the low-voltage power from the charging station before cleaning or moving it.
- Clear the entrance: Remove any stones, branches, toys, or tall grass in front of and under the station. Ensure at least the recommended free space around the dock (see manual).
- Check leveling: Use a small level or visual check to ensure the station is flat and stable. Adjust the ground or re-anchor the base if it has sunk or tilted.
- Inspect guide wire alignment: The guide wire should run straight into the center of the station for at least 2–3 m. Re-pin the wire if it curves sharply or is off-center.
- Clean charging contacts: Wipe the station’s charging plates and the mower’s contact pads with a dry cloth. If heavily oxidized, use a fine abrasive pad lightly, then wipe clean.
- Test docking: Reconnect power, place the mower about 2–3 m in front of the station aligned with the guide wire, and start a “Go to charging station” command if available.
