Possible Causes

Worn-out battery, Faulty charging station PCB, Loose internal battery connector, Damaged low-voltage cable from power supply

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power to the charging station and turn the mower OFF before opening any covers.

  • Visual inspection: Check the low-voltage cable from the power supply to the station for cuts, pinch points, or chew marks. Replace if damaged.
  • Check station LED: Confirm the station shows normal operation (usually solid green). If LED is off or red, refer to the station’s troubleshooting section.
  • Inspect battery connection: Open the mower according to Husqvarna instructions and verify the battery connector is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
  • Measure battery voltage (advanced): Using a multimeter and following safety guidelines, measure the battery pack voltage. Compare with the nominal voltage printed on the pack. Very low or unstable readings indicate a failing battery.
  • Replace battery: If the mower is older and runtime is short, install a new Husqvarna-compatible battery pack.
  • Station swap test: If possible, test the mower on another compatible charging station to determine if the station or mower is at fault.
