Safety first: Disconnect power to the charging station and turn the mower OFF before opening any covers.

Visual inspection: Check the low-voltage cable from the power supply to the station for cuts, pinch points, or chew marks. Replace if damaged.
Check station LED: Confirm the station shows normal operation (usually solid green). If LED is off or red, refer to the station’s troubleshooting section.
Inspect battery connection: Open the mower according to Husqvarna instructions and verify the battery connector is firmly seated and free of corrosion.
Measure battery voltage (advanced): Using a multimeter and following safety guidelines, measure the battery pack voltage. Compare with the nominal voltage printed on the pack. Very low or unstable readings indicate a failing battery.
Replace battery: If the mower is older and runtime is short, install a new Husqvarna-compatible battery pack.
Station swap test: If possible, test the mower on another compatible charging station to determine if the station or mower is at fault.

Display shows “Charging system problem” and mower does not charge or leaves station with very low runtime.
