How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn main switch OFF before inspection.
- Clean around chassis: Remove grass and debris from around the front and rear of the mower where lift detection occurs.
- Check sensor operation: Gently lift the mower and listen/feel for any mechanical switch action (if applicable). Some models use solid-state sensors integrated on the PCB.
- Inspect wiring: Open the mower and verify the lift sensor cable is intact and firmly connected.
- Dry out moisture: If moisture is present, dry the mower indoors for 24 hours.
- Component replacement: If the error remains, the lift sensor assembly or main PCB may require replacement.
