Possible Causes
Guide wire not connected or broken, Station electronics fault, Boundary/guide configuration error, Interference from nearby cables
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power to the charging station before adjusting wiring.
- Check guide wire connection: Ensure the guide wire is correctly connected to the station terminals (often marked G).
- Inspect guide wire path: Follow the guide wire from the station into the lawn. Repair any visible breaks using Husqvarna splice connectors.
- LED status: Confirm the station LED indicates normal operation. Abnormal LED patterns may indicate internal faults.
- Re-learn guide (if supported): Use the mower menu to perform a guide wire calibration or re-learning procedure.
- Relocate interfering cables: Avoid running boundary or guide wires parallel and very close to power or telecom cables, which can cause interference.
