Possible Causes
Both wheel motors disabled, Main board drive output failure, Broken drive gear or axle, Software safety lock due to repeated errors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and place it on a bench.
- Check error history: In the mower menu, review recent error messages that may indicate repeated wheel motor or loop issues.
- Inspect wheels: Ensure both wheels are properly attached and not stripped at the hub.
- Manual wheel test: Rotate both wheels by hand; they should move smoothly and symmetrically.
- Power cycle: Turn main switch OFF for 1 minute, then ON to reset electronics.
- Test on flat area: Start the mower in manual mode or a test program on level ground. If still no movement, internal electronics or both motors may be faulty and require professional diagnosis.
