Possible Causes

Moisture in keypad, Damaged display cable, Faulty keypad PCB, Main board not powering UI

Safety first: Turn main switch OFF and disconnect from charging station.

Drying: If the mower was exposed to heavy rain or washing, allow it to dry indoors for 24 hours.
Inspect cable: Open the top cover and check the ribbon cable between keypad/display and main PCB. Reseat both ends.
Check for cracks: Replace the keypad/display assembly if the panel is cracked or water-damaged.
Service main PCB: If the UI remains dead despite good connections, the main board may be faulty and require professional replacement.
