Possible Causes
Poor contact between charging pins and base plates, Misaligned docking position, Faulty communication module in base, Damaged docking contact harness in mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before cleaning or adjusting contacts.
- Clean contacts: Use a dry cloth or fine abrasive pad to clean the charging pins on the Hyundai mower and the contact plates on the base. Remove oxidation and dirt.
- Check alignment: Ensure the base is on a level surface and firmly fixed. When the mower docks, both pins must press evenly on the plates. Adjust the base position if necessary.
- Inspect contact springs: Verify that the spring-loaded pins on the mower move freely and are not stuck.
- Check cables: Inspect the low-voltage cable from the power supply to the base and the internal harness from the contacts to the main PCB inside the mower.
- Test with another outlet: Plug the base into a different mains outlet to rule out power issues. If E10 persists, the base station PCB or mower docking harness may need replacement.
