Possible Causes
Aged battery with reduced capacity, One or more cells in pack out of balance, Internal BMS (battery management system) fault, Incorrect charger used previously
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not open the battery pack casing. Lithium batteries can be hazardous if mishandled.
- Full charge cycle: Place the mower on the Hyundai charging station and allow it to charge until the indicator shows 100% and remains stable for at least 1 hour.
- Observe runtime: Start a mowing cycle and time how long the mower runs before E19 appears. If runtime is very short, the battery is likely worn out.
- Check charger and base: Ensure you are using the original Hyundai power supply and base. Third-party chargers can damage the pack.
- Replace battery pack: If E19 persists and runtime is poor, replace the battery with a genuine Hyundai Li-ion pack of the same voltage and capacity.
