Possible Causes

Battery deeply discharged, Loose battery terminals, Faulty internal fuse or power relay, Short circuit in wiring harness

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect the mower from the charging station and turn off the main power before opening any covers.

  • Check battery connector: Open the battery compartment and ensure the connector is fully seated and not burnt or melted.
  • Charge fully: Place the mower on the base and allow an extended charge (overnight) to recover a deeply discharged battery.
  • Inspect fuses: Some Hyundai models include an inline fuse or PCB-mounted fuse on the power input. Check for a blown fuse and replace with the same rating if necessary.
  • Look for damaged wiring: Inspect the main power harness from the battery to the PCB for crushed or cut insulation that could cause a short.
  • Replace battery or PCB: If voltage remains low despite charging, the battery or main control board may be defective and require replacement.
