How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Immediately turn off the main power and disconnect the battery. Do not continue to operate the mower until the cause is found.
- Inspect for obstructions: Check the blade disc and wheels for jammed objects causing the motors to stall.
- Clean around motors: Remove the bottom cover (if serviceable) and clear grass and debris from around the blade and drive motors.
- Check wiring insulation: Look for melted or discolored wires near the motors. Replace any damaged harness sections.
- Test motors: After cooling, rotate the motors by hand. If they feel rough or seized, replace the affected Hyundai motor assembly.
