Blown internal fuse, Disconnected battery, Faulty power supply or charging station, Failed main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station from mains before testing. Do not open the power supply.
- Check outlet and power supply: Verify the wall outlet works and the Hyundai power adapter LED (if present) is on.
- Inspect charging station cable: Look for cuts or damage in the low-voltage cable to the base.
- Verify battery connection: Open the mower and ensure the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main harness.
- Check internal fuse: Locate and test the internal fuse on the main PCB or inline holder. Replace with the same rating if blown.
- Board replacement: If power is present at the battery but the mower remains dead, the main control board may need replacement.
